1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member" or "User") and paris88 ("Platform", "We"). This Agreement governs your access to and use of the paris88.bar website and all related services we provide.

By completing the registration process, clicking the "I Agree" button, or simply using any part of the paris88 platform, you expressly and irrevocably accept all terms contained in this document. This acceptance is binding whether or not you have read this document in full – we therefore strongly recommend reading it carefully before proceeding.

If you are registering on behalf of a company or other entity, you warrant that you have full authority to bind that entity to this Agreement. Paris88 reserves the right to reject or cancel any registration without providing a reason.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and use paris88 services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Paris88 does not accept underage members under any circumstances.
• Have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements in the jurisdiction of your residence.
• Not be located in a country or region where access to online gambling platforms is prohibited under local law.
• Not have been previously removed, suspended, or banned from the paris88 platform.

Each individual is permitted to register only one (1) account. Ownership of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts, including all balances and unclaimed winnings.

Paris88 reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time. Documents typically required include a valid identity card (MyKad) or passport, proof of current address, and in some cases, documents related to the payment method used. Failure to complete the KYC process within the specified period may result in temporary suspension or account closure.

The information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. False or misleading information constitutes a breach of this Agreement and gives paris88 the right to terminate your account immediately without any obligation to return the balance.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals and Financial Transactions

Paris88 supports a wide range of payment methods for members in Malaysia, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, various local banks, and selected cryptocurrencies. All transactions are processed through a secure payment system with 256-bit SSL encryption.

• Minimum Deposit: RM 30 per transaction. No maximum daily deposit limit is set by default, though limits may be applied for compliance purposes.
• Minimum Withdrawal: RM 50 per request. Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 60 minutes depending on the selected payment method.
• Maximum Withdrawal: Daily withdrawal limits are set based on the member's account level. Members can check their personal limits in their account settings.

All withdrawals must be returned to the original payment method used for the deposit. Paris88 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. For security and legal compliance reasons, paris88 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain amount.

Paris88 does not cover any processing fees charged by third-party payment providers. Members are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate. Any losses resulting from incorrect payment information are entirely the member's responsibility.

4. Bonuses, Promotions and Wagering Requirements

Paris88 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) clearly stated in the respective promotion terms. Please read the terms of each promotion carefully before accepting it.

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once per new member. Any attempt to claim the welcome bonus more than once through multiple accounts is a serious violation.
• Bonus wagering requirements typically range from 15x to 35x depending on the bonus type. Exact requirements are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Received bonuses may not be used to wager on games excluded from the relevant bonus wagering requirements.
• Paris88 reserves the right to void bonuses and related wins if there is evidence of abuse, fraud, or any attempt to exploit the promotional system.
• Bonuses cannot be converted directly to cash until wagering requirements are fully met.

Paris88 promotions are for members' personal use only. Using automated software, bots, or any other unfair method to meet wagering requirements is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure without a refund of the balance.

5. Game Rules and Fair Play

Paris88 provides a fair and transparent gaming platform. All games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) independently certified to ensure game outcomes are fully random and cannot be manipulated by any party, including paris88 itself.

• All game results are final. No appeals will be entertained regarding outcomes generated by a verified RNG system.
• Any technical disruption during a game session will be resolved based on the system's transaction records. If a game cannot be completed due to a technical disruption on paris88's end, the bet will be returned to the member's account.
• The use of assistance software, automated bots, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage in games is prohibited.
• Collusion between members to defraud the gaming system or exploit technical vulnerabilities is a serious violation and will result in immediate account closure.
• Paris88 reserves the right to void bets placed due to technical errors or incorrect odds/lines displayed.

All games available on paris88 are for entertainment purposes. Paris88 makes no guarantee of wins, and members should set personal limits to ensure a healthy and controlled gaming experience.

6. Account Security and Password

You are fully responsible for keeping your paris88 account login details confidential, including your username and password. Paris88 will never ask for your password via email, message, or live chat.

• Use a strong and unique password for your paris88 account. Avoid reusing passwords from other platforms.
• Never share your login details with anyone, including family members. paris88 is not responsible for any losses resulting from shared account credentials.
• Please notify the paris88 support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• Paris88 uses two-factor authentication (2FA), which can be enabled in your account security settings for added protection.

7. Restrictions, Suspension and Account Closure

Paris88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any member's account without prior notice in the following situations:

• Violation of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspicion or evidence of fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Ownership or use of multiple accounts by the same individual.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors or vulnerabilities in the paris88 system.
• Abusive, threatening, or inappropriate conduct toward paris88 support staff.

If your account is closed for reasons other than a breach of this Agreement, any eligible cash balance (excluding bonuses with unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to you via the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

8. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

The paris88 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While paris88 strives to keep the platform running smoothly, we do not guarantee that the service will be entirely free from interruptions, errors, or viruses.

• Paris88 is not liable for any financial losses, loss of profits, or indirect damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform.
• Paris88 is not liable for delays or failures in service delivery caused by factors beyond our control, including internet outages, power disruptions, or natural disasters.
• Any financial decisions made based on information on the paris88 platform are entirely the member's responsibility.

Paris88's maximum liability to any member under any circumstances shall not exceed the member's net deposit amount in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Responsible Gaming Commitment

Paris88 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. We provide a range of self-management tools accessible directly by each member through their account settings.

• Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits according to your personal budget.
• Loss Limit: Set a cap on the total losses you can sustain within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum duration for each playing session.
• Cool-off Break: Choose to pause your account temporarily for anywhere between 24 hours and 6 weeks.

This Agreement and any disputes arising from it are governed by applicable law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be referred to binding arbitration proceedings.
